Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At BlackPearll.in, we strive to ensure that every customer receives quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unwashed and unaltered
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Any return request received after the allowed return period may not be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been altered, stitched, or customized.
  • Special-order or made-to-order products.
  • Sarees with completed fall, pico, edging, or customization work.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Return requests made after the permitted return period.
  • Requests based solely on personal preference or change of mind.
  • Minor differences in color caused by lighting, photography, or display settings.

Color Variation Policy

Product colors may appear slightly different due to mobile screens, monitors, photography lighting, and manufacturing batches.

Examples:

  • Ordered Red and received a slightly darker shade of Red → Not eligible for return.
  • Ordered Pink and received Black → Eligible for return.

3. Size Confirmation Policy

Customers are advised to verify size details carefully before placing an order.

  • Size changes cannot be requested after dispatch.
  • Products altered or tailored by customers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Washed or modified products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact our support team within the applicable return period.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

After reviewing the request, our team will confirm whether the return is approved.


5. Return Shipping

We will arrange or cover return shipping costs only when:

  • An incorrect product is delivered.
  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Original Payment Method (where applicable)

Important Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Cash refunds are not provided.
  • BlackPearll.in reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund eligibility.

7. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges may be offered only in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received.
  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Manufacturing defect detected.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers may be required to return the original item before a replacement is dispatched.


8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellation requests can be made through:

  • WhatsApp
  • Customer Support

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Address Modification

Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After dispatch, address changes may not be possible.


9. International Orders

Return Window

International customers may request returns within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Remain unused and unwashed
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

International Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Products must be shipped to our designated return address in India.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.

International Refunds

  • Processed within 7 business days after product inspection.
  • Issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Wrong products delivered
  • Damaged or defective products

Subject to stock availability.

International Order Cancellation

International orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
